Includes Numeracy Planner from Stages 1–22 in developing Place Value in Addition and Subtraction.

Focus/Goal of unit:

1. Build concept of one 10, not 10 ones, introduce renaming
2. Renaming numbers moving to mental strategies. Naming, recording and saying large numbers, looking at the 2^nd Place Value system.   
3. Addition using renaming, building on PV knowledge & skills develope.
